# Công nợ Lazada

Thống kê công nợ của các đơn hàng Lazada ở trạng thái thành công theo trạng thái đã đối soát (sàn đã trả tiền) và chưa đối soát (sàn chưa trả tiền).

## 1. Lọc và tìm kiếm

### **1.1. Lọc**

* Lọc theo shop

* Lọc theo trạng thái đơn hàng: Chưa đối soát/Đã đối soát

### 1.2. Tìm kiếm đơn hàng

Tìm kiếm theo mã đơn hàng: nhập 4 số cuối mã đơn hàng hoặc nhập đầy đủ mã đơn hàng để tìm kiếm đơn hàng.

## 2. Cập nhật đối soát

Ngoài cập nhật đối soát công nợ tự động từ hệ thống, người dùng có thể cập nhật đối soát Lazada thủ công theo các bước dưới đây:

**Bước 1:** Click **Nâng cao** rồi click **Cập nhật đối soát**.

**Bước 2:** Chọn khoảng thời gian muốn cập nhật đối soát rồi click **Cập nhật**. Hệ thống quét dữ liệu và cập nhật trạng thái đơn hàng thành **Đã đối soát** nếu sàn đã trả tiền.

**Lưu ý:** chọn khoảng thời gian theo Ngày tạo để cập nhật đổi soát cho đơn hàng Lazada

**Bước 3:** Click **OK** để xác nhận muốn cập nhật đối soát công nợ. Hệ thống quét dữ liệu và cập nhật doanh thu đơn hàng, chuyển trạng thái đơn hàng thành **Đã đối soát** nếu sàn đã có giao dịch trả tiền cho người bán.

## **3. Xuất file excel**

Xuất file excel danh sách đơn hàng

**Bước 1:** Click **Nâng cao** rồi click **Xuất excel**.

**Bước 2:** Chọn khoảng thời gian muốn xuất file, chọn shop, chọn trạng thái rồi click **Tải xuống** để tải file excel danh sách đơn hàng.
