# Tự động gạch nợ

Đối với giao dịch khoản thu đã nhận được tiền về tài khoản ngân hàng, hệ thống sẽ tự động gạch nợ và chuyển trạng thái khoản thu sang **Đã thanh toán**

Đối với các giao dịch khoản thu chưa nhận được tiền, trạng thái khoản thu sẽ hiển thị là **Chưa thanh toán.** Với các khoản thu chưa được thanh toán, bạn bấm chọn vào mục **Tạo QR** để lấy mã thanh toán để gửi cho khách hàng. Khi đó, hệ thống sẽ tạo ra mã Qr thanh toán cho khoản thu như sau:

Sau khi khách hàng thanh toán thành công và  hệ thống nhận được tiền về tài khoản sẽ tự động chuyển trạng thái khoản thu sang **Đã thanh toán.**

Nếu bạn tạo sai thông tin khoản thu hoặc muốn hủy bỏ thông tin khoản thu đã tạo, bạn bấm chọn vào nút **Hủy**. Khi đó khoản thu sẽ được chuyển sang trạng thái **Đã hủy** trên hệ thống

**Lưu ý:**

* Khách hàng quét Mã QR đã tạo bởi Salework Banking bằng tính năng quét mã QR của tài khoản ngân hàng để thanh toán.
* Sau khi quét mã QR, màn hình thanh toán bên người mua sẽ tự động hiển thị thông tin tài khoản ngân hàng của bạn, số tiền cần thanh toán và mã hóa đơn cho giao dịch đã tạo. Lúc này người mua chỉ cần tiến hành các bước thanh toán tiếp theo để hoàn tất giao dịch.&#x20;
* Trường hợp người mua sửa lại số tiền cần thanh toán thì số tiền nhận về tài khoản sẽ không khớp với số tiền đã tạo trong khoản thu, khi đó hóa đơn sẽ ko được gạch nợ tự động.&#x20;
* Chỉ người tạo ra khoản thu thì mới được phép hủy khoản thu đã tạo.&#x20;
