# Tạo phiếu chuyển kho

Đối với những cửa hàng có nhiều kho hàng việc luân chuyển hàng hoá giữa các kho giúp các shop có thể tối ưu được quy trình nhằm đáp ứng kịp thời hàng hoá cho khách hàng tại nhiều khu vực khác nhau trong khi chờ nhập hàng

Để thực hiện chuyển hàng từ kho này sang kho khác, bạn thực hiện các thao tác sau:

**Bước 1:** Bạn truy cập vào mục **Quản lý tồn kho** > Chọn **Chuyển kho**

**Bước 2:** Bạn chọn **Tạo phiếu chuyển kho**

Hệ thống sẽ chuyển sang giao diện như sau:

&#x20;**Bước 3:** Nhập thông tin cho phiếu chuyển kho

*Lưu ý: Đang chọn sản phẩm ở kho hàng này mà bấm chọn sang kho hàng khác hệ thống hiển thị thông báo “Toàn bộ sản phẩm sẽ bị xoá khi thay đổi kho chuyển đi. Tiếp tục thao tác này?”*

**Bước 4:** Ấn nút <**Tạo phiếu**> để tạo phiếu chuyển kho hoặc ấn nút **\<Lưu nháp>** để tạo phiếu chuyển kho nháp

*Lưu ý:*

*Sau khi thêm phiếu chuyển kho, hệ thống sẽ sinh ra 2 phiếu XNK:*

* *1 phiếu XNK loại Xuất, ghi nhận việc xuất hàng chuyển đi từ kho chuyển.*
* *1 phiếu nhập kho chờ xác nhận vào kho nhận. Sau khi xác nhận phiếu nhập kho, phiếu sẽ được chuyển sang trạng thái Hoàn thành, hệ thống sẽ sinh ra 1 phiếu nhập chuyển kho ghi nhận cộng tồn kho tại kho nhận*

Sau khi tạo phiếu, phiếu chuyển kho vừa tạo sẽ hiển thị ở màn hình danh sách phiếu chuyển kho

Các trạng thái của phiếu chuyển kho bao gồm:

* **Tất cả:** Hiển thị danh sách phiếu chuyển kho ở trạng thái Chờ xử lý và Hoàn thành
* **Chờ xử lý:** Hiển thị danh sách phiếu chuyển kho ở trạng thái Chờ xử lý
* **Hoàn thành:** Hiển thị danh sách phiếu chuyển kho ở trạng thái Hoàn thành
* **Phiếu nháp:** Hiển thị danh sách phiếu chuyển kho nháp

*Lưu ý:*&#x20;

* *Chỉ được phép sửa, huỷ phiếu chuyển kho ở trạng thái Chờ xử lý*
* *Phiếu chuyển kho đã huỷ sẽ bị xoá khỏi màn hình*
