# Sao chép đơn hàng
Tính năng Sao chép đơn hàng chỉ áp dụng đối với Kênh bán ngoại sàn và Bán tại cửa hàng
Để sao chép đơn hàng cũ thành một đơn hàng mới với đầy đủ thông tin khách hàng và sản phẩm của đơn hàng cũ đó người dùng cần thực hiện các bước sau:
**Bước 1:** Truy cập vào mục **Danh sách đơn hàng**> Chọn **Kênh bán ngoại sàn hoặc Bán tại cửa hàng** > Chọn **Xem chi tiết đơn hàng**
Hệ thống sẽ hiển thị màn hình Chi tiết đơn hàng như sau:
**Bước 2:** Bấm nút **Sao chép đơn hàng,** hệ thống sẽ chuyển sang màn hình **Bán hàng** đơn hàng mới sẽ được mở ra với đầy đủ tất cả thông tin giống như đơn hàng vừa sao chép. Bạn có thể điều chỉnh các thông tin và lưu thành một đơn hàng mới.
