# Tạo liên hệ trên phần mềm

Để tạo Liên hệ trực tiếp trên CRM bạn thao tác theo các bước sau:

Bước 1: Tại mục **Liên hệ**  > bạn chọn **Thêm mới**

Bước 2: Điền các thông tin Liên hệ mà bạn muốn tạo:

* Thông tin cá nhân của Liên hệ: Họ tên, Số điện thoại, email....
* Thông tin về nguồn của Liên hệ: Nguồn, chiến dịch, ngày khách hàng đăng ký...

Bước 3: Lưu thông tin Liên hệ vừa tạo.

Sau khi điền đầy đủ thông tin Liên hệ, bạn chọn:

* Hủy: Nếu bạn muốn hủy thông tin Liên hệ vừa điền.
* Lưu: Liên hệ sẽ được lưu vào hệ thống và người dùng có thể sửa lại thông tin hoặc xóa Liên hệ tại mục sau: chọn liên hệ cần thao tác chọn icon ![](/files/1dDrpyhBrWWQCrUEVDHU) để chỉnh sửa thông tin, chọn ![](/files/n69CkHCAt4E8epRD8s4M) hoặc ![](/files/8q9nVyl2Lg8NnQLtsUCn) để xóa Liên hệ.
