# Tạo Liên hệ bằng cách import file excel

Để tạo Liên hệ bằng file excel trong Salework CRM, bạn thao tác như sau:

Bước 1: Truy cập vào menu **Liên hệ** > chọn **Nhập dữ liệu**

Hệ thống sẽ chuyển đến giao diện tạo Liên hệ bằng file excel như sau:

Bước 2: Bạn bấm Tải file mẫu để tải file xuống

File excel khi tải xuống sẽ có mẫu như sau:

Bước 3: Nhập thông tin Liên hệ vào file excel

Tại đây, bạn lần lượt nhập các thông tin liên quan đến Liên hệ như:

* Tên Liên hệ: Họ tên của liên hệ mà bạn cần nhập
* Số điện thoại: Số điện thoại của các liên hệ
* Email: Email cá nhân hoặc email doanh nghiệp của các liên hệ
* Nguồn: Nguồn của liên hệ ví dụ: facebook, zalo.....

Sau khi nhập xong các thông tin, bạn lưu lại file và tải lên phần mềm.

Bước 4: Tải file đã nhập lên phần mềm

Bạn quay lại phần mềm rồi bấm chọn **Tải lên từ thiết bị,** bạn chọn file cần tải và chọn **Tiếp tục**

Hệ thống sẽ đọc dữ liệu trong file bạn đã nhập rồi trả về kết quả như sau:

Tại đây bạn kiểm tra dữ liệu một lần nữa và chọn **Kiểm tra** để hoàn tất.

Sau khi dữ liệu được import thành công hệ thống sẽ hiển thị danh sách liên hệ vừa được import trong màn danh sách liên hệ.
