# Tạo mới trường dữ liệu

Để có thể linh động trong việc tạo thêm các trường dữ liệu cho Liên hệ bạn làm theo các bước sau:

Bước 1: Truy cập vào menu **Liên hệ** > **Thiết lập** > **Tạo mới trường dữ liệu**

Bước 2: Điền các thông tin.

* Tên trường: ví dụ bạn muốn thêm trường CMND/CCCD cho liên hệ, tại đây bạn điền "CMND/CCCD".
* Kiểu dữ liệu: Kiểu dữ liệu của trường bạn thêm, với ví dụ trên CMND/CCCD sẽ là kiểu số.
* Tùy chọn hiển thị: bạn sẽ chọn nơi mà trường dữ liệu sẽ được hiển thị như: Trang chi tiết liên hệ, Mục thêm mới Liên hệ, File import dữ liệu liên hệ.
* Đặt làm trường dữ liệu mặc định: Nếu chọn thì trường dữ liệu của bạn sẽ bắt buộc phải điền khi thêm mới một Liên hệ.

Bước 3: Chọn **Tạo** để hoàn tất hoặc chọn **Hủy** để hủy bỏ thao tác.
