# Tạo đơn hàng bằng cách import Excel

Để tạo đơn hàng bằng file excel bạn thao tác theo các bước sau:

Bước 1: Truy cập Đơn hàng > Nhập dữ liệu

Bước 2: Hệ thống sẽ hiển thị màn Import Đơn hàng --> Bạn chọn Tải file mẫu để tải xuống file mẫu.

Bước 3: Sau khi tải file mẫu thành công , bạn sẽ điền các thông tin

* Thông tin đơn hàng: Trạng thái đơn hàng, Nhân viên phụ trách, Mã SKU của sản phẩm, Số lượng, Giá bán...
* Thông tin khách hàng: Mã khách hàng, số điện thoại, tên khách hàng.

Bước 4: Sau khi điền xong thông tin bạn lưu file và tải lên hệ thống qua chức năng "Tải lên từ thiết bị"

Bước 5: Hệ thống sẽ kiểm tra file và trả về kết quả như ảnh sau, tại đây bạn kiểm tra dữ liệu lần cuối. Chọn "Cho phép ghi đè dữ liệu" nếu trùng với đơn hàng đã có, hệ thống sẽ ghi đè vào đơn hàng cũ thay vì tạo một đơn hàng mới.

Bước 6: Chọn Kiểm tra để hoàn tất việc import dữ liệu, đơn hàng sau khi được import sẽ hiển thị trong danh sách Đơn hàng.
