# Mở hội thoại Salework Zalo

## Điều kiện:

Để thực hiện thao tác này, Admin phải thiết lập đồng bộ dữ liệu từ Salework Zalo về Salework Contact. Chi tiết thiết lập có trong chức năng Phần I - 1.8.10. Đồng bộ dữ liệu từ Salework Zalo về Salework Contact.

## Thao tác: 

**Bước 1: Tại màn hình menu Khách hàng ⇒ nhấn chi tiết vào một khách hàng**

**Bước 2: Nhấn vào icon zalo để mở hội thoại**

**Bước 3: Lúc này sẽ hiển thị ra tất cả những tài khoản đã nhắn tin với khách hàng này**
