# Mở hội thoại Salework Chat
## Điều kiện:
Để thực hiện thao tác này, Admin phải thiết lập đồng bộ dữ liệu từ Salework Chat về Salework Contact. Chi tiết thiết lập có trong chức năng Phần I - 1.8.10. Đồng bộ dữ liệu từ Salework Zalo về Salework Contact.
## Thao tác:
**Bước 1: Tại menu Khách hàng → Nhấn chi tiết bản ghi khách hàng**
**Bước 2: Nhấn vào biểu tượng Salework Chat**
**Bước 3: Lúc này sẽ hiển thị ra màn hình hội thoại**
**Bước 4: Nếu như bạn muốn xem chi tiết từng đoạn chat trong hội thoại, hoặc là nhắn tin trực tiếp, nhấn vào icon**
