# Gọi điện tại màn hình trực tiếp

**Bước 1: Tại menu Khách hàng, nhấn  chi tiết bản ghi**

**Bước 2: Nhấn vào icon gọi điện, để thao tác gọi cho khách.**

Trong ví dụ này, đang sử dụng tổng tài Omical&#x20;

**Bước 3: Trong quá trình gọi điện bạn có thể thêm những nội dung ghi chú chi tiết**&#x20;

**Bước 4: Click button Lưu để hoàn thành lưu ghi chú**&#x20;

Sau khi gọi xong, tất cả log lịch sử sẽ hiển thị ở tab cuộc gọi&#x20;
