# Tích hợp Omicall

## Thao tác trên giao diện để tích hợp Omicall

**Bước 1: Tại menu, nhấn Thiết lập ⇒ CallCenter, nhấn chọn Omical**

**Bước 2: Nhập thông tin**&#x20;

***1 - API Key:*** Nhập API Key do Omicall cung cấp.

***2 - Số máy lẻ:*** Mỗi nhân viên trong Omicall sẽ có một số máy lẻ riêng. Bạn chỉ cần nhập số máy lẻ của nhân viên đó.

Ví dụ: Nếu tài khoản tester có số máy lẻ 113, bạn nhập 113 vào hệ thống.

**Bước 3: Nhấn nút Hoàn thành kết nối để hoàn tất quá trình thiết lập**

**Bước 4: Sau khi hoàn tất thiết lập, hãy quay lại menu Trang chủ và tải lại hệ thống để hoàn tất quá trình.**
