# Những lưu ý khi upload dữ liệu từ Excel

1. **Trường kiểu văn bản:**

* Nhập đúng định dạng văn bản.
* Nếu gặp lỗi hiển thị số (ví dụ: "0123456789" bị mất số 0 đầu), hãy định dạng ô Excel thành Text (Văn bản) trước khi nhập dữ liệu.

2. **Trường kiểu số:**

* Nhập đúng định dạng số, không nhập ký tự hoặc chữ cái vào ô dữ liệu số.

3. **Trường lựa chọn đơn:**

* Nhập chính xác giá trị theo danh sách có sẵn trong hệ thống.

4. **Trường thời gian:**

* Nhập theo định dạng chuẩn mm/dd/yyyy (tháng/ngày/năm).

5. **Trường lựa chọn nhiều và trường nhân viên**

* Nếu có nhiều lựa chọn, nhập các giá trị cách nhau bằng dấu phân cách “;;”. Ví dụ: Facebook;;Google

6. **Lỗi thường gặp nhất – Trường số điện thoại:**

* Nên đặt định dạng ô Excel là Text (Văn bản) để giữ nguyên số điện thoại. Bạn nhập theo format: '09884444444 (có dấu phẩy đầu đằng trước số 0)
