# Đồng bộ dữ liệu và tích hợp nhắn tin qua Salework Zalo

## Mô tả:

Salework Zalo  nhằm mục đích tích hợp Chat trực tiếp tại màn hình khách hàng, khi bên SaleWork Zalo đã có đoạn chat hội thoại với khách hàng rồi, thì tại màn hình sẽ chat trực tiếp với khách hàng

Điều kiện tiên quyết: Cần sử dụng Salework Zalo, và trên zalo bạn đã có số điện thoại khách hàng 

Cơ chế đồng bộ: Khi kết nối ban đầu, sau khoảng 1 tiếng, toàn bộ thông tin khách hàng từ Salework Zalo sẽ được gửi về Salework Contact. Sau đó, hệ thống sẽ tiếp tục gửi dữ liệu định kỳ mỗi 1 tiếng.

## Thao tác tích hợp: 

**Bước 1: Nhấn icon thiết lập tại salework Zalo**

**Bước 2: Chọn tab Salework Contact**&#x20;

**Bước 3: Nhập các thông tin cần thiết lập**

* Kho dữ liệu: Chọn kho để tự động đổ thông tin khách hàng tại mỗi trang liên kết.
* Thanh gạt kích hoạt: Bật để hệ thống tự động đổ data về kho đã chọn.

**Bước 4: Nhấn Lưu để hoàn thành kết nối**&#x20;
