# Quản lý nhân viên

### 1. Kích hoạt tài khoản nhân viên

Để chỉ định nhân viên có quyền truy cập và sử dụng ứng dụng Salework Cloud, bạn cần kích hoạt tài khoản nhân viên trên hệ thồng bằng cách: 

* Truy cập vào ứng dụng **Salework Cloud**> chọn **Cài đặt hệ thống** > chọn **Quản lý nhân viên**

Tại đây, bạn gạt nút kích hoạt cho tài khoản nhân viên bạn muốn cấp quyền truy cập vào Salework Cloud.

Ngoài ra, để xem danh sách các tài khoản nhân viên đã kích hoạt/ chưa kích hoạt, bạn bấm vào bộ lọc tại đây

### 2. Thêm tài khoản nhân viên

Để tạo thêm các tài khoản nhân viên khác trên hệ thống, bạn bấm chọn vào mục **Thêm nhân viên.** Khi đó, hệ thống sẽ chuyển đến giao diện tạo tài khoản nhân viên như sau:

Bạn điền tên đăng nhập, mật khẩu và tích chọn các quyền phù hợp cho nhân viên. Mỗi nhân viên có thể đảm nhận một hoặc nhiều quyền tại Salework.

Sau khi tích chọn các quyền phù hợp cho nhân viên, bạn nhấn **Tạo người dùng** để hoàn tất.

Tại mục **Tài khoản nhân viên** => **Danh sách**, bạn có thể kiểm tra danh sách nhân viên cùng các thông tin như: tên, tên đăng nhập, SĐT, email, chức vụ. Bạn cũng có thể chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa tài khoản nhân viên bằng cách chọn các biểu tượng tương ứng ở cuối dòng.

***Lưu ý:** nhân viên sẽ truy cập bằng đường dẫn hiển thị ở đầu trang mà bạn tạo tài khoản nhân viên hoặc xem danh sách nhân viên.*
