# Tạo và các thao tác với thẻ

## 1. Tạo thẻ tag 

Bạn truy cập vào mục **Thiết lập**> chọn **Quản lý thẻ**> chọn **Tạo thẻ mới.**

Tại đây, bạn nhập tên thẻ, chọn màu sắc thẻ&#x20;

Để rút ngắn thời gian tạo thẻ mới, bạn bấm chọn vào mục: **Bấm để thêm nhanh một thẻ khác.** Salework Chat không giới hạn số lượng thẻ có thể tạo trong 1 lần.&#x20;

**Lưu ý:**  Hệ thống sẽ hiện cảnh báo đỏ nếu bạn chưa nhập tên thẻ&#x20;

Cuối cùng, bạn ấn vào nút **Xong** để hoàn tất quá trình tạo thẻ mới.

## 2. Sửa thẻ tag&#x20;

Bạn nhấn vào nút Sửa để tiến hành sửa lại thông tin thẻ theo mong muốn

Tại đây, bạn nhập nội dung cần sửa, rồi chọn màu sắc (nếu có) và nhấn "Hoàn thành" để hoàn tất quá trình sửa thẻ&#x20;

## 3. Xóa thẻ&#x20;

Bạn nhấn vào nút **Xóa** để xóa thông tin thẻ bạn mong muốn

Hệ thống sẽ hiện cảnh báo như hình sau:

Bạn ấn vào nút **Xóa** để hoàn thế việc xóa thẻ.

## 4. Sắp xếp thẻ

Đối với một số thẻ bạn thường xuyên sử dụng để phân loại hội thoại, bạn có thể sắp xếp thẻ lên vị trí trên đầu để tiện sử dụng bằng cách:&#x20;

* Tại mục **Thiết lập**> chọn **Quản lý thẻ**> chọn **Sắp xếp.**

Tại đây, bạn bấm chuột vào thẻ rồi kéo thả thẻ đến vị trí bạn muốn sắp xếp

Vị trí này sẽ là thứ tự hiển thị thẻ trong hội thoại để bạn sử dụng
