# Lọc từ khóa

Các sàn TMĐT nói chung và sàn Lazada nói riêng luôn có các chinh sách cộng đồng về từ ngữ, khi shop sử dụng quá nhiều từ ngữ vi phạm chính sách thì rất dễ bị khóa chat, điều này gây ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng đến tình hình kinh doanh của shop. Để giải quyết được vấn đề mà rất nhiều nhà bán hàng đang gặp phải mà chưa tìm ra cách xử lý, Sota xin gửi đến các shop tính năng lọc ký tự vô cùng hữu ích Đầu tiên, bạn vào phần thiết lập, chọn Tab Lọc từ khóa:

**Tạo từ khóa:** Bạn nhập nội dung từ khóa và nhấn nút Tạo

Lưu ý: Nếu muốn tạo nhiều từ khóa 1 lần, bạn cần xuống dòng để tách biệt các từ khóa với nhau&#x20;

**Sửa từ khóa:** Nhấn nút sửa ở danh sách bên phải để sửa từ khóa

**Xóa từ khóa:** Nhấn nút Xóa ở danh sách bên phải để sửa từ khóa để xóa từ khóa
